The optional Woodland Pack

The pack contains five digital decorations: Firefly lantern, Mushroom reading chair, Woodland patchwork rug, Acorn book nook and Moonflower planter. It is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Focus, care, companions, rooms and the acorn collection remain free to earn.

The Woodland Pack is for the web game only. Its decorations are not available in the iOS or Android apps, including when you sign in with an account that owns them on the web. Mobile purchases are not available yet.

Price and checkout

The base price is US$4.99. Dodo Payments handles web checkout and offers supported local currencies and payment methods for your location. Checkout shows the final total, including any taxes or currency-conversion fees, before you pay. Availability depends on your location and the payment method. Test checkout does not create a paid purchase.

Your account and decorations

The Fernhour account that starts checkout owns the purchase. A billing email entered at checkout does not change that account. Sign in with the same account in the web game and use Restore purchases to access your decorations. An online check is needed when opening the web game and to keep purchase access current. Your layouts stay saved if access is temporarily unavailable. Exporting a world does not transfer a purchase.

Refunds and payment disputes

For a refund request or payment problem, contact hello@fernhour.com with your receipt or payment reference. Please do not send card details.

The decorations are sold as one bundle. Any successful full or partial refund removes the entire pack supplied by that purchase. It does not remove earned items, acorns or game progress. A payment dispute may suspend access; resolving it can restore access if the payment has not been refunded and no other restriction remains.

Deleting a Fernhour account removes its linked purchase access. It does not issue a refund. Contact us first if you need help with a purchase.

Payment privacy and support

Billing information is processed by Dodo Payments. Fernhour keeps the account and payment references needed to deliver your pack, separately from your game progress. See our privacy summary and purchase help.
